Mystic Tuner by Tatta & Artisan Coin

We often say that magic deceives the eye and the mind, yet we tend to overlook a powerful truth: deceiving the ears creates a deeper experience.

Tuning forks are traditionally used to tune instruments or as healing tools, and they carry a natural air of mystery. In magic, they connect sound with wonder. David Roth's legendary "Tuning Fork" routine, a masterpiece of coin magic, shows how powerfully the fork's resonance can serve an effect. Japanese magician Tatta took that idea further: "Can we create a tool that lets us control sound and create impossible moments?" The answer is the Mystic Tuner. Wave the tuning fork through empty air. A clear "clink" rings out, as though the fork has struck something solid, though nothing is there. Reach toward the sound, and a silver coin appears.

The Mystic Tuner looks like an ordinary, elegant tuning fork. Inside its sleek frame is a secret mechanism that produces the sound of striking a solid object whenever you choose. That single sound opens the way to many impossible moments: • Invisible Coin Tosses: Create the "clink" of a coin striking a glass that is not there. • Materialization: Let the sound suggest that an object has arrived inside a box before you open it. • Transposition: Let spectators hear the magic happen in their own hands.

Because it looks and feels like a standard tuning fork, the Mystic Tuner can also serve as a modern performer's magic wand. In formal close-up magic or casual performance, it adds a dreamlike dimension of sound that visual effects alone cannot create.

Features

• Seamless Construction: The U-shaped core is crafted from a single piece of high-grade stainless steel. • Integrated Stealth: The handle is welded closed at both ends, concealing and protecting the mechanical trigger inside while making the prop easier to handle. • Pure Acoustic Sound: Unlike electronic gimmicks, the sound comes from a physical strike within the fork. It sounds organic and natural, remaining deceptive even inches from a spectator's ear. • Always Ready: The built-in mechanism lets you trigger the sound at any moment, with no external devices or loads required.
